摘　　要：目的:探讨“8”字张力带加钢丝环扎治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2003￣2005年应用“8”字张力带加钢丝环扎治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折31例,对所有患者进行随访。结果所有患者均获得随访,根据膝关节功能评价标准,优良率96.7%。结论:“8”字张力带加钢丝环扎是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的最佳方法之一,具有固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼的优点。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ＂8＂ tension band and circle wire in treating comminuted patella fracture . Methods From2003 to 2005,31 cases of comminuted fracture of patella were treated with ＂8＂ tension band and circle wire. Results All the cases were followed up.Accroding to Knee Joint Score standard, the excellent and good rate was 96.7%. Conclusion This method is effective for comminuted patella fracture,The fixation is reliable,the fragment of bone can be compressed better and the patients can limber up the knee joint earlier .
