摘　　要：目的:探讨iQ-200全自动尿沉渣仪在临床运用中的价值。方法:随机选择150例住院和门诊的新鲜尿液标本,同时用iQ-200全自动尿沉渣仪和显微镜进行红、白细胞分析。结果:iQ-200全自动尿沉渣仪的分析结果重复性好、精确度高,与显微镜法无显著差异。Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of iQ-200 urinary sediment automated analyzer. Methods To collect fresh urine samples of 150 inpatients and outpatients randomly, and detect urinary WBC and RBC with iQ-200 analyzer and microscope respectively. Results The findings with iQ-200 analyzer showed good repeatability and high accuracy. There was no significant difference with those detected with microscope.
