摘　　要：目的:探讨药理学实验教学如何培养实用型人才。方法:总结分析药理学实验教学三方面的改革:①改革实验教学内容;②改革方法和手段;③改革了实验教学考核。结果:调动了学生学习积极性,利于培养实用型人才。结论:改革实验教学很有必要。Objective To go deep into the reform of high professional education and train the practical personnel. Methods The pharmacology experiment teaching has been improved in three aspects. Firstly, with the improvement of teaching content on experiment, the experiment teaching content can cope with the clinical practice well; Secondly, to reform the experiment methods; At last, the experimental teaching test has been improved. Results Stadeuts＇ interests for study were aroused which helps to cultivate praetical taleuts. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out experimental teaching reform.
