摘　　要：现阶段,通过自主创新大力发展集约性经济,彻底改变经济增长方式。同时,收入分配中要更加注重社会公平,通过为公民提供机会均等的医疗、教育等手段提高公民素质,从根本上提升全社会的经济效率和效益,缩小收入差距,实现共同富裕。At present great efforts should be made to develop concentrated economy and completely change the mode of economic growth through independent innovation. Meanwhile, more attention should be paid to social justice in income distribution. We must provide equal opportunities for medicine,education ,etc. ,to enhance the quality of citizens, to increase economic efficiency and reduce the gap between incomes so as to realize common prosperity.
