摘　　要：目的 探讨有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗肱骨干多段骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用有限内固定譬拿竺固定支架治疗肱骨干多段骨折12例。结果 本组经6～14个月，平均12个月的随访，骨折全部达骨性愈合，肩肘关节功能恢复良好。结论采用有限内固定结合外固定架治疗肱骨干多段骨折，能获得较好疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of external fixation combined with limited interal fixatin for multisegmental fracture of humeral. Methods 12 cases of multisegmental fractures of humeral were treated by external fixation and limitaed interal fixation. Results 12 cases were followed up from 6 months to 14 months, average 12 months. All cases were well fracture union and the function of shoulder and elbow were well recovery. Conclusion External fixation combined with limited internal fixation has some advantages of fewer 6omplications and good function recovery in the treatment of muhisegmental fracture of humeral.
