城市历史性街区的“形”与“魂”——徐州户部山步行街区的启示

摘　　要：徐州户部山,是徐州城市重要的历史街区地段,该文通过对其开发利用状况的分析,指出其保护与再利用后的新魅力与尴尬处境,进而探讨城市历史性街区保护与再利用中的“形”与“魂”的内涵；强调历史街区物质实体的“形”应与城市场所精神的“魂”相符是其成败的关键。同时,重视“活力激发元素”在激发历史性街区的活力、促进“形”与“魂”的统一中的重要作用。As the main historical block of city the Hubu Mountain Area In charm and embarrassments after the protective remodeling Based on these facts of the walk streets of Hubu Mounfain Area,this article makes an in-depth analysis on the essence of the form and spirit of historical block,What＇s more,the form of historical block should match to the spirit of its space, which Is a key factor to determine the success of protection and renewal,In addition the author also concentrates on the generators of activity, which stimulates the vitofity of the streets and promotes Integration of the form and the split of historical block.
