摘 要:提出了一种新的生物毒性试验方法;应用氧对萤光淬灭的原理研制了一种呼吸计量仪.根据有毒物质对微生物细胞的呼吸抑制程度来评估其毒性大小.应用该呼吸计量仪,试验了多种重金属对活性污泥、土壤细菌及大肠杆菌的毒性影响.结果表明,应用该呼吸计量仪进行毒性试验是可行的.它具有灵敏、快速、高效等特点,可望成为一种大规模的生物毒性试验和环境检测装置.A respirometer has been developed for toxicity test based on the principle of fuorescence quenching by oxygen. Toxicity can be assessed by the respirometer according to the cell respiration inhibition percent of toxicant on microorganisms used in the toxicity tests. The effects of some heavy metals on activated sludge, soil bacteria , and E coli were tested with the respirmeter. It is feasible to conduct the toxicity test by employing the respirmeter.It has unique advantages in sensitivity and efficiency. The respirometer can be expected to be a promising device for large scale toxicity test and environmental monitoring.
