摘  要:集约化养猪场的发展产生了大量的猪粪,此类猪粪中富含有机质、氮、磷、钾等营养元素,若将其制成肥料将产生较大的经济和环境效益。好氧堆肥是将猪粪转变为稳定化、无害化腐殖质的有效方法。为此,介绍了好氧堆肥的机理、影响因素(水分、C/N、通风、pH、调理剂、微生物)、堆肥的腐熟度指标、各元素(碳、氮、磷、重金属)在堆肥过程中的转化、堆肥的工业化生产及堆肥施入农田后对作物及土壤的影响,同时提出了未来的研究方向。The pig industry faces increasing problems from waste production as intensive pig production increases and pig units become bigger. It makes pig manure possiblly to become compost because of it rich in organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Aerobig compost is a useful way to transforming pig manure into a stable and safe organic matter for use as compost. This paper reviews the mechanism of the aerobic compost of pig manure and the primary factors affecting composting process include moisture content, C/N ratio, and aeration, pH, bulking agent, bacteria and maturity indices. Transformation of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metal and development of industrialization are introduced in this paper. Influence of pig manure compost on soil is reviewed. Suggestions for possible future research are also presented.
