农机购置补贴与农机服务产业化的关系

摘　　要：在论述我国农机服务产业化、农机购置补贴政策的必要性和现状的基础上,总结了购机补贴政策对农机服务产业化的促进作用,并研究了其与农机服务产业化的关系;指出了农机购置补贴政策是解决农民购买力不足而采取的有效措施,农机服务产业化是联系农户、农机服务组织和有机户的桥梁与纽带,是农机化的发展方向;并对加快发展农机服务产业化提出了建议。Based on describing the essential, state and problems of the industrialization ot tarm machine service and the purchase subdization policy, the features of the purchase subdization policy and its the promoting effects on the industrialization of farm machine service were summarized. The relationship between the purchase subdization policy and the industrialization of farm machine service studied. It was proposed that the subdization policy is a strong means which supports peasants and develops service industrialization, and the service industrialization is a effective scheme to connect farmers and farm machine service organization, and it is tendency of agricultural mechanization. The purchase subdization policy will promote the development of service industrialization.
