摘  要:从全氢罩式炉的结构、控制系统以及退火传热模型3个方面综述了全氢罩式炉的发展与现状。罩式炉的加热烧嘴由径向布置发展为切向布置;内罩的形式由光面发展为波纹型;冷却系统从单风冷发展为风冷-水冷系统和喷淋冷却系统。控制系统发展成为多级集散控制系统。传热模型研究范围很广泛,涉及到模型的建立、模型热工参数、热应力场、温度场模拟、控制模型等。指出了在传热模型方面还需要对热态流场问题和模型的普遍适用性进行进一步研究。These aspects of the development and status of the full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace were summarized, which are the structure, control system and heat transfer model of full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace. The heating burners of bell-type annealing furnace are laid on tangential orientation instead of radial orientation. The inner cover's type is developed from fiat to corrugation, and the cooling systems are evolved from singular air-cooling into air-cooling mixed with water-cooling system and spray-cooling system. The multilevel distributed control system is adopted. The heat transfer model research's scopes are very broad, coming down to model's establishment, model's thermal parameters, thermal press field, temperature field's simulation, control model etc. About heat transfer model, it also pointed out that it's necessary to further research the problems of hot state flow field and the universal of the model.
