摘 要:采用Li-6 200光合分析仪,在自然条件下对柠条(Caragana microphyllaLam)光合作用日进程进行了观测。结果表明:在夏季晴天条件下,柠条光合速率(Pn)日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在上午11:00时,约为8.092μmolCO2.m-2.s-1;柠条蒸腾速率(TRAN)的日变化也为一单峰曲线,但柠条蒸腾速率日变化最大值出现在13:00-15:00时,约为9.392μmolH2O.m-2.s-2。采用相关分析和多元逐步回归分析方法,得出光合速率和蒸腾速率与大气CO2浓度、胞间CO2浓度、水气压、水气压亏缺等生理生态因子间的相关关系,并建立了相应的影响因子回归方程,相关系数分别可达1.000、0.999。Diurnal variations of photosynthesis of Caragana microphylla Lam were studied under natural conditions by Li-6200 photosynthesis analyzer. The results indicated that in the typical summer sunny days, the curve of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) was one-peak curve. And the peak value was 8. 092 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 , which occurred at 11:00 oclock in the morning. The curve of diurnal variation of transpiration rate was also one-peaked, but the peak value appeared at 13:00 to 15:00, which was 9. 392 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1or so. By the methods of correlation analysis and stepwise multi-regression analysis, the correlations between them and environmental factors were assessed. The related equation were also constructed in this paper, and correlation coefficients were 1. 000 and 0. 999, respectively.
