摘 要:本文研究了苦豆草生物碱总碱及其单体对柳蓝叶甲体内消化酶、保护酶和酯酶活性的影响。结果表明,苦豆草生物碱总碱对柳蓝叶甲体内3种保护酶(CAT、POD和SOD)的活性均具有明显的抑制作用。在供试的生物碱单体中,保护酶活性表现出前期升高,后期降低的趋势。体内保护酶活性的变化与其耐药性有一定的关系。结果还表明,苦豆草生物碱总碱对淀粉酶活性具有明显的抑制作用。此外,柳蓝叶甲幼虫取食毒性最强的槐胺碱处理的杨树叶片1 h后,幼虫体内酯酶活性显著升高,随后酶活性迅速下降到低于对照的水平。相反,幼虫取食毒性较弱的槐定碱后,其体内酯酶活性在较长时间内维持在较高的水平。说明幼虫的解毒能力与酯酶的活性有关。The influences of total alkaliods and its monomers from Sophora alopecuroids on the activities of digestive, protective, and ester enzymes in Plogiodera versicolora were studied. There were significant influences of total alkaliods on the three protective enzymes of P. versicolora, i.e. , SOD, POD, and CAT. Treated with alkaloid monomers, the activities of protective enzymes showed gradual increasing in prophase and deceasing in anaphase. It was related with insect resistance to alkaloids. Results also indicated that the total alkaloids inhibited the activities of amylase significantly. The activity of esterase in larvae of P. versicolora increased significantly after feeding on the leaves treated with sophoramine, the most toxic one, for I h and then decreased rapidly to the level lower than that of the control. In contrast, when feeding on leaves treated with the least toxic sophoradine, the activity of esterase kept at higher level for relatively long time, indicating its association with detoxication ability of the insect.
