陕西省水资源利用效率及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文在简要介绍陕西省水资源概况的基础上,对陕西省水资源利用结构及其动态特征、用水效率及其动态变化进行了初步分析。从用水量的增加、用水结构的调整和用水效率的提高等方面定量分析影响用水效率的因素。分析结果表明,依靠用水量的增加和用水结构的调整不能实现GDP的增长,只有提高水资源利用效率才能促进经济增长。最后提出了提高水资源利用效率的途径。On the basis of brief introduction of the water resource status in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzed the utilization structure and efficiency of water resource, and their dynamical features. Some effecting factors of water utilization efficiency were also discussed by quantitative analysis, such as the increasing water consumption, the adjustment of water utilization structure and the improvement of water utilization efficiency. The results showed that GDP can be not increased considerably by increasing the water consumption or the adjustment of water utilization structure, while the improvement on the efficiency of water utilization will promote the economical growth. At last some methods to improve the efficiency of water utilization are proposed further .
