摘  要:本文介绍了药物液相色谱分析专家系统的初步设计。该系统主要由知识库、推理机、人机接口、动态数据库、知识获取子系统、优化子系统及解释子系统等七部分组成,具有液相色谱分离模式选择,固定相、流动相、添加剂及检测器推荐,色谱条件优化,输出结果解释和色谱知识获取等功能。系统用Turbo Prolog语言,采用产生式规则的知识表达方式和深度优先的正向链不精确推理及得分求和的控制策略在IBM PC/XT计算机上编程实现。This paper describes the design and primary implementation of the expert system for drug analysis by liquid chromatography. The system, which consists of seven main modules, that is knowledge base, inference engine, user interface, dynamic database, module for knowledge acquisition, module for explanation and module for optimization, has been constructed by means of artificial intelligence techniques with the language Turbo Prolog for IBM PC/XT computer under MS DOS. Production rule is used to represent the knowledge. Based on depthfirst searching strategy, a forward—chaining fuzzy inferencing mechanism has been built up to draw the conclusion with a probability. The system has been developed with various functions such as recommendation of chromatographic procedures for drugs with known structure or unknown, optimization of operating conditions, explanation for inference, knowledge acquisition and so on.
