复方生白饮合剂对小鼠免疫和造血功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方生白饮合剂对小鼠免疫和造血功能的影响。方法用60Coγ照射和注射给予环磷酰胺的方法形成骨髓抑制和免疫低下小鼠模型,中药生白饮合剂给予口服,以外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞、淋转指数以及细胞肿瘤因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)活性为观察指标。结果该药对60Coγ照射和环磷酰胺致小鼠外周血白细胞减少有明显提升作用;能促进小鼠骨髓有核细胞增殖及升高淋转指数;并能明显改善环磷酰胺和60Coγ照射所致小鼠的TNF、IL-6活性的降低。结论生白饮合剂有显著改善机体免疫功能和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。Objective To study the effects of Shengbaiyin on functions of immune system and bone marrow in mice. Methotis Models of leucocytopenia induced by irradiation were prepared by ^60 Co γ - ray and by cyclophosphamide injection. The shengbaiyin was administrated orally. The white blood cell（WBC） counts, reticulocyte count, the number of nucleated bone marrow cells （NNBMC）, T cell transformation indices（ TCTI）, activity of tunmor necrosis factor（TNF） and interleukin- 6（ IL- 6） in blood of leukopenia mice on the 5th, 10th, 15st day after chymisty therapeutics were checked. Results WBC, reticulocyte count, NNBMC, TCTI be come down re markablely, activity of TNF, IL - 6 in blood were decreased obviously. These hematopoiesis indexes and the activity of TNF, IL - 6 increased after oral administration of Shengbaiyin 40,60, 80g/kg. bw. Conclusion Shengbaiyin can signifi- cantlv ameliorate immunological function and stimulate hematoooietic function in mice.
