输精管平滑肌中肌醇磷脂代谢与去甲肾上腺素作用间关系的研究

摘　　要：在大白鼠输精管中，去甲肾上腺素可促进肌醇磷脂代谢，而双丁酰ｃＡＭＰ和８－溴ｃＧＭＰ则对去甲肾上腺素所促进的肌醇磷脂代谢，有明显的抑制作用。这提示，很可能在输精管平滑肌中，由去甲肾上腺素所促进的肌张力，能被ｃＡＭＰ和ｃＧＭＰ所抑制。本文还观察到Ａ２３１８７亦能促进肌醇磷脂代谢，而酚苄明（一种肾上腺素能α受体阻断荆）和ＥＧＴＡ则对肌醇磷脂代谢起抑制作用。e made experimental study in rat vas deferens phosphatidylinositol turnover was enhanced by no-radrenaline and inhibited by dibutyryl cAMP and 8-Br cGMP It suggested that the muscular tensionimproved by noradrenaline might be inhibited by cAM P and cGMP In smoot h muscle of vas delerens.We also observed that phosphatidylinositol turnover coule be enhanced by A23 187 and inhibited by phe-noxvbenzamine(a kind of α-receptor blocker)and EGTA. It would be of value for the further study oninteraction between phosphatidylinositol turnover and function of noradrenaline。
