摘　　要：索赔是监理工程师在工程施工监理过程中经常遇到的问题,监理工程师实际工作中应熟练掌握建设工程索赔的起因、索赔的分类、索赔的程序、索赔费用的组成以及索赔费用的计算方法,监理工程师才能在索赔事件发生时做到及时、准确、合理、公正、科学的处理索赔,避免不必要的纠纷与争议。Claim is often encountered by supervising engineer in the course of construction supervision. Analysis is made on the supervising engineer how they should be qualified with the recognition of the claim, especially in the cause, classification, process, cost and calculation. Thus, the supervision engineer can claim the incident in a timely, accurate, rational and just to avoid unnecessary disputes and control versies.
