摘　　要：针对我国ITS建设资金短缺的状况,把ITS应用项目分成经营性ITS应用项目、非盈利性ITS应用项目和准经营性ITS应用项目三类,并分别给出了三类ITS应用项目可采用的投融资模式及运作思路,最后对我国ITS应用项目投融资方案提出了建议。According to the shortage condition of ITS construction funds in China, the ITS application item is divided into three parts： manipulative, nonprofit and ITS application items. And it introduces the adoptable financing modes and operation ways for the three items respectively. Finally, it provides the suggestions of financing to our country＇s ITS application items.
