摘  要:应用改良Allen方法制成Wistar大鼠T13不完全损伤模型。采用定量免疫组化方法观察脊髓损伤后1周白质内轴突及神经胶质细胞数量变化。应用透射电镜技术,于损伤后6h,24h观察脊髓超微结构变化。结果表明:脊髓损伤后白质内轴突及神经胶质细胞均明显减少;损伤早期,脊髓超微结构改变明显。本文对上述变化的机理和意义进行了讨论。istar rats were subjected to T13 incomplete spinal cord injury using the modified Allen method.Axon and neuroglia cell in the white matter were observed one week after the injury by means of im-munohistochemistic technique,which were quantified with the aid of a automated image analyzer.Thespinal ultrastructure was observed under the transmission electron microscope 6 hours,24 hours afterthe injury respectively,The result showed:the number of axon and neuroglia cell decreased Obviously;the spinal ultrastruction had Obvious change at the early stage.The machanism and significance of abovechange were discussed.
