高校图书馆学科馆员制度探析

摘　　要：高校图书馆的服务对象主要是校内各学科专业人员,他们对文献信息的需求特点是层次高、专业性强、范围广、内容新。针对用户个性化的信息需求,图书馆应及时调整服务的角度和内容,从以文献为单元深入到以信息为单元,从面上的服务深入到点的服务。学科馆员制度的建立,将传统的综合服务演变为分学科、分专业、分领域的对口服务,在图书馆和学科部门之间形成一个动态、交互的信息服务模式,有利于图书馆深化信息服务层次,提升信息服务水平。The service objects of university library are professionals of various subjects in university, and the characteristics of their requirement for literature information are high level, strong professional, wide scope and new content. The library should adjust the service angle and content to individual demands in time, and take information, instead of literature, as service unit. The establishment of subject librarian institution develops traditional synthetical service to suited service for various subjects and research fields. This institution forms a dynamic and mutual model of information service between library and departments of university, which increases the information service level in library.
