摘  要:室温条件,在无水磷酸钾存在下,合成了一系列二硫代氨基甲酸酯。采用紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了二硫代氨基甲酸酯的结构.研究了不同的二硫代氨基甲酸酯的固化性能,并对可固化单体topoleneM上的羟基通过酰化(苯甲酰化和氯乙酰化)进行了改性,将改性后的topoleneM与二苄胺反应得到了折光指数较高、色散能力低的固化膜。A series of dithiocarbomates were synthesized by the reaction of carbon bisulfide with various secondary amine, including piperazine, dibenzyl amine, bicyclohexylamine and N-methyl piperazine, in presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate, and their structures were characterized by UV, FTIR, 1 H - NMR and EA. The activities of different aliphatic secondary amines were comparedI and the mechanism of the reaction was studied. The refractive index and Abbe-number of the dithiocarbomates were measured by Abelian Refractometer. It seems that the nitrogen atom contribute little to the refractive index, while aromatic groups and sulfur atom could increase the refractive index significantly. Products based on dibenzylamine have higher refractive index. The refractive index can be farther promoted by modification of the hydroxyl alkyl halides. Different kinds of initiators were mixed with dithiocarbomates containing unsaturated bonds, and the mixtures were then exposed under UV radiation. Some cured films have relative high refractive index.
