摘　　要：本文首先介绍了发展于西方发达市场经济国家的房地产产业投资基金的概念及其特点,而后在分析了其可行性的基础上设计了欠发达地区房地产产业投资基金的整个运作过程,包括资金筹集,项目的选择、评估、管理和退出机制。This paper has introduced the concept and characteristic of investment tunas of real estate aeveloping from the market economy of the western developed countries at first, and then on the basis of analyzing its feasibility, it has designed its whole operation course in the low developed area including funds collecting, the project＇ s choice, assessment, management and withdrawing mechanism.
