摘　　要：山西省戏剧研究所于1998年在原有图书资料室的基础上又细化分设了图书档案室。本文结合作者多年资料管理工作实际经验,从三个方面论证了科研图书档案工作的重要性,阐述了如何满足科研学术资料需求方面对应的积极有效措施。Combining the practical experience of the materials management job for many years, the author has proved the importance of the scientific and research job of the books files from three aspects, and has explained how to meet the needs of the scientific and academic materials.
