生脉注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察生脉注射液对老年慢性心力衰竭的症状及心功能的影响,评价其临床应用的疗效。方法我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者77例,随机分为生脉注射液治疗组40例和常规治疗组37例。生脉注射液治疗组在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上,静脉滴注生脉注射液40ml,1次/d,14d为一疗程。治疗前后观察心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血压、静息心率的变化及临床症状的改善。结果生脉注射液治疗组总有效率87.50%,常规治疗组总有效率64.86%,生脉注射液治疗组CO、CI及LVEF均较治疗前显著改善,心功能改善情况优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液,可以更好的改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状及左心室收缩功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ＂Shengmai injection＂ on the elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From July,2003 to July,2005,77 elderly hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were chose. All patients were divided randomly into two groups. 40 patients in ＂Shengmai injection＂treated group and 37 patients in control group. In treated group 40ml of Shengmai injection were injected intravenously daily on the basis of routine treatment. All patients were checked with cadiac output（CO）, cadiac index（CI） ,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, blood pressure,heart rate and clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Results After giving Shengmai injection for 14 days,the total effective rates were 87. 50% in treated group and 64.86% in control group（ P 〈 0.05）. CO, CI, LVEF and heart function in Shengmai injection treated group were significantly improved（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Using Shengmai injection on the basis of conventional therapy can improve the clinical conditions and left ventricular systolic function of patients with chronic heart failure.
