江苏城市生态环境建设经济评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：城市生态环境的恶化制约了城市经济的可持续发展,研究城市生态环境建设经济评价指标体系对城市经济的持续发展具有重要的指导意义。本文分析了城市生态环境问题产生的背景及国内外城市生态环境建设的现状,提出了江苏城市生态环境建设经济评价指标体系的构建过程,为江苏城市的生态环境建设最佳方案的选择提供科学依据。The deterioration of municipal ecological environment has conditioned the sustainable development of the municipal economy. It is of vital directive significance to the regional economic development to make the research on the economic appraisal system of municipal eco -environmental construction. This dissertation analyzed the history and the status - quo of the eco - environmental construction of the cities home and abroad, and then put forward the primary index with reference to the province＇ s municipal eco - environmental construction. The author offered the development orientation and the scientific basis for Jiangsu＇ s eco - environmental construction.
