摘  要:为针对绕击雷害的特点做好1000kV特高压线路的防雷工程设计以提高线路的安全可靠性,根据10~500kV输电线路的防雷运行经验,考虑特高导线电压的影响,取避雷线、导线的引雷角为25°,杆塔的引雷角为45°,利用雷电击距理论,分析了1000kV特高压输电线路的雷害特性,提出了确定线路的避雷线、杆塔的引雷范围及绕击范围的设计方法,并提出了线路的防雷措施。分析及计算结果表明,1000kV特高压输电线路附近38m以内的地面凸出物如树木、建筑、山丘等都有可能构成线路的绕击雷害隐患,必须引起足够的重视。Due to super-high spanning height and voltage level as well as super-wide horizontal distance between ground wire and lead, lightning strike damage to 1000kV UHV transmission line is severer than that to 10 to 500kV transmission line. Different from 10 to 500kV transmission line, lightning strike damage to 1000kV UHV transmission line is caused not only by lightning attraction of pole and tower top and ground wirer but also possibly by its super-high lead voltage, which may lead to circling lightning strike damage. However, currently, under the circumstance of design and operation experience absence, how to perform the lightning protection design of 1000kV UHV transmission line in accordance with the characteristics of circling lightning strike damage so as to improve the safety and reliability of transmission line is still a problem to be solved. Based on lightning protection experience of 10 to 500 kV transmission line as well as in consideration of super-high lead voltage impact, the paper assumes that lightning attraction angle Of ground wire and lead is 25° and lightning attraction angle of transmission llne pole and tower is 45°. By employing the theory on lightning strike distance, the paper analyzes the characteristics of lightning strike damage to 1000 kV UHV transmission line and puts forward the design methods for determining the lightning attraction scope and circling lightning strike range of ground wire and transmission line pole and tower, and finally brings forward lightning protection measures for power transmission line. The results of analysis and calculation indicate that ground projections within 38m away from 1000kV UHV transmission line, such as trees, buildings and hills, etc. may potentially lead to circling lightning strike damage to transmission line and therefore great importance must be attached to this respect.
