摘 要:多孔性超细碳酸钙由于其独特的内部结构和表面特性,在橡胶、纸张、涂料、油墨、医药、日用品中有着广泛的用途。开发多孔性超细碳酸钙制备工艺是目前碳酸钙制备技术的一个新方向,会给碳酸钙的应用带来新的机遇,提升现有的应用价值。采用CaCl2与NH4HCO3为原料,添加H2SO4作结晶控制剂的液相碳化法,可制得粒径小于1μm、无团聚的多孔性超细碳酸钙。同时利用冷析结晶制得工业级NH4Cl副产品。The ultra-fine porous calcium carbonate has unique structural and surface properties. It is widely used as filler in rubber, paper, paint, ink, medicine and domestic products. To develop the methods of preparing this kind of ultra-fine calcium carbonate is a new trend in calcium carbonate production recently. The ultra-fine porous calcium carbonate will afford new opportunities to the application of calcium carbonate. By liquid-liquid reaction of CaCl2 and NH4HCO3 and addition of a trace amount of H2SO4 as crystal control-additive, ultra-fine porous calcium carbonate was obtained. The CaCO3 crystal particles are spherical and dispersive and their diameters are under 1μm. NH4Cl is a by-product in the crystallizing process.
