摘 要:研究了微波辐射下苯甲酸甲酯的合成新方法。考察了微波辐射温度、微波辐射时间、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量对反应的影响。经正交实验设计得到最佳反应条件:微波辐射温度为70℃,辐射时间为15 min,酸醇摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂用量为3 mL。产率可达93%以上。结果表明,微波技术用于苯甲酸甲酯的合成,操作简便、反应时间短、产率高,具有一定的实用价值。Microwave irradiation was used in the synthesis of methyl benzoate from benzoic acid and methanol using oit of vitriol as a catalyst. The influence of "tool ratio of benzoic acid to methanol, the microwave temperature, the time of reaction and "the dosage of the catalyst on the reaction was investigated. The optirnnm reaction conditions determined through orthognnal design were as follows: the reel ratio of benzoic acid to methanol was 1 : 3, the microwave temperature was 70 ℃, the time of reaction was 15 minutes and the dosage of the catalyst was 3 mL. Under the optimum reaction conditions the yield of methyl benzoate was above 93 %. In summary, the microwave technique promotes the synthesis of methyl benzoate with high yield and convenient operation and has extensive utilization.
