摘  要:以美国甜豌豆“甜脆蜜”为试验材料,研究了植物生长调节剂DTA_6+Mo复配剂对甜豌豆产量品质及其根系和叶片生理功能表达的影响。结果表明:显著提高单株生产力,单位面积产量均高于DTA_6、钼和清水处理;显著促进了干物质的积累,提高了根系活力和叶片叶绿素含量与光合速率;改善了甜豌豆主要营养成分如可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和氨基酸含量。DTA_6和钼处理菜用甜豌豆可使产量和品质协同提高。The yield and quality of American sweet pea and its expression of root and leaf physiological function were studied by using compound DTA-6 + Mo in Beijing and Tianjin in 2003. The plants were treated with DTA-6, Mo, DTA- 6 + Mo and clean water as contrast in the experiment. The result showed that the dry weight of plant and the weight of fruit per plant were increased by compound DTA-6 + Mo, and the yield was improved. The amount of water-soluble sugars and water-soluble protein and free amino acids were increased, thus improved the nutritional quality of the bean. At the same time, the activity of root was improved, and the content of chlorophyll and the photosynthetic rate were increased. The experiment proved that compound DTA-6 + Mo improved the quality and yield of sweet pea.
