摘　　要：本文对产业技术结构演变能力的影响因素进行了分析,建立涵盖7个因素18个指标的产业技术结构演变能力综合评价指标体系,分别对各地区的产业技术结构演变能力指标值进行因子分析,得出综合得分,并对各地区产业技术结构演变能力进行排序比较,具体分析了产业技术结构演变能力的4个组成部分在地区间的差异,最后得出相关结论与建议。This paper analyzes the factors of the evolution ability of industrial technology structure, builds up the synthesized estimation index system of the evolution ability of industrial technology structure which has 7 factors and 18 indexes, makes the factor analysis to every region＇s index of the evolution ability of industrial technology structure, educes the synthesized results, and has the compositor comparison for every region＇s evolution ability of industrial technology structure, analyzes the diversity of the evolution ability of industrial technology structure＇s four parts in different region, and educes the conclusion and suggestions.
