摘　　要：经过多年的发展,我国民营企业取得了骄人的业绩,但也存在着不少问题,其中路径依赖是制约其成长的最大障碍。只有进行制度创新,运用诱致性和强制性制度变迁的手段,才能使民营企业的发展步入良性循环,避免锁定在低效率状态。The private enterprises in our country have acquired admirable achievement during the development, yet there also exist a lot of problems. The biggest obstacle is the path dependence that limits the growth among them. Only when we use the way of inducing systematic change and compulsive systematic change, can we make the development of private enterprises step into the virtuous circle, averting locking in the lower effective condition in the process of growth and systematic transformation.
