摘　　要：中国封建王朝下官吏贪贿犯罪的产生有其特定的原因,专制统治者虽制定了种种对策却收效甚微。文章总结了古代贪贿犯罪产生的原因和反贪的经验,阐述了古代政制、法制和贪贿的本质,有助于我们在当代特殊的历史条件下有效地完善各项法律和制度,最终取得反腐败斗争的胜利。In ancient China, bribery derived from some special reasons. Despotic rulers made a lot of ao gainst these crimes. All these efforts proved of little avail. This dissertation summarizes the reasons of bribery and the experience of combating bribery. We are therefore enlightened to solve issues in laws and systems for improvement. And the experience will help fight down bribery at last.
