摘 要:通过对两种生长在山西中条山有色金属公司附近铜矿渣上的植物艾蒿、羊蹄进行调查和铜含量的测定,结果表明,两种植物有比较高的生物量,均为铜尾矿渣上的优势植物,其根周围土壤的铜含量高。艾蒿根、叶中铜含量分别为37.74~66.14 mg·kg^(-1)、40.71~93.14 mg·kg^(-1);羊蹄根、叶、穗中铜含量变化范围分别为37.49~49.90 mg·kg^(-1)、56.55~131.81 mg·kg(-1)、43.21~76.51 mg·kg^(-1)(含铜量均以干重计),且铜在两种植物中的分布均表现为地上部高于地下部。研究还发现,两种植物对铜的耐受机制相同,表现出较强的蓄积铜的潜力,因此两者均可作为植物修复铜污染土壤的先锋物种。A field survey and sampling for chemical analysis was carried out to investigate copper contents in Artemisia argyi and Rumex japonicus Houtt at Zhongtiaoshan nonferrous metal company, Shanxi province. Both species were found to grow vigorously on the copper mining spoils with comparatively large biomass. The rooting zone soils supporting both species containing high concentrations of copper. Study results showed that the copper contents of Artemisia argyi in root and leaves was 37.74-66.14 mg · kg^-1 and 40. 71-93.14 mg · kg^-1. The copper contents of Rumex japonicus Houtt in root, leaves and spike was 37. 49-49. 90 mg · kg^-1 , 56.55-131.81 mg · kg^-1 and 43.21-76.51 mg · kg^-1. Both species accumulated higher copper in leaves and spike than in root. These results may suggest that both species could survive on soils contaminated with copper by the same mechanism and had the potential to serve as pioneer species for phytoremediation of copper-contaminated soils.
