阿维菌素·苦参碱复配剂对菜青虫的室内毒力测定及田间防效研究

摘　　要：室内毒力测定的结果显示:当阿维菌素与苦参碱以1∶24的比例复配时,对菜青虫的毒力指数为苦参碱的210.53倍,共毒系数达168,具有明显的增效作用。田间小区试验表明:使用5%阿.苦水乳剂1000、2000、3000倍液防治菜青虫,药后2～5d的防效均在98%以上,持效期为7d。The results of the test in the laboratory show that the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of abamectin and matrine （mass ratio 1 ： 24） to Pieris rapae （L.） was 168, with high toxicity as 210.53 times as maU＇ine, and synergism of the mixture was remarkable. In the field trial, the control effect of 1 000, 2 000 and 3 000 times of the 5% mixture EW to Pieris rapae were all over 98% during the 2-5 days after application, with the high effectiveness maintained for 7 days.
