CBP成功支持外科重大手术的体会

摘　　要：将连续性血液净化(Continuousbloodpurification,CBP)用于外科手术,模拟肾小球功能以支持肾功能衰竭患者安全承受长时间重大手术,取得良好效果。其优势在于:1.血液动力学稳定,对患者心肺功能及外科麻醉影响小;2.能有效维持水平衡,为术中大量输血、输液、用药提供安全保障;3.可根据治疗需要随时调整置换液电解质含量,纠正电解质紊乱,增加手术安全系数;4.持续纠酸,有效清除代谢产物及过多的炎症因子,保持内环境稳定,为手术顺利进行提供有力支持。The CBP is used in the surgical operation,it helps the patient of renal failure to safely get through the major and long-playlng surgical operation by imitate function of glomcrulus. It has got a good effect. Its advantages：1. The haemodynamics is stable, so the influence to the cardiorespiratory function and the surgery anaesthesia is silght. It is safe and easy ;2. We can keep the fluid balance to control the quanta of transfuse and ultrafiltration during the surgical operation by the CBP, The CBP provid a safe guarantee for the administration and the blood transfusion during the surgical operation;3. We can regulate the content of electrolyte in the displacement liquid according to the need at any time by the CBP. It rectifies the electrolyte disturbances and increase the safety coefficient of the surgical operation ;4. The CBP can continuously rectify the acidosis, eliminate the product of metabolism and the inflammatory factor during the surgical operation so that keep the homeostasis. The CBP provide a powerful support for doing the surgical operation successfully.
