摘　　要：目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定万通筋骨片中士的宁含量。方法 色谱柱为Lichrospher C18（4．6mm×150mm，5．0μm）；流动相为0．01 mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠与0．02mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾等体积混合溶液（用10％的磷酸调节pH值2．8）-乙腈（21：79）；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为254nm。结果 本法阴性对照无干扰，士的宁线性范围为9．48～94．83μg·ml^-1,r=0．9999；平均回收率为99．1％（n=9），RSD=1．85％。结论 本法简便、准确、专属性强，可用于万通筋骨片中士的宁的含量测定。OBJECTVIE To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of strychnine in Wantong Jingu Tablets. METHOD A Lichrospher C18 column（150 min×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was consisted of the mixture of equal volume of 0.01 mol· L^- 1 Sodium 1-Heptanesulfonate solution and 0.02 mol· L^- 1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （ 10% phosphoric acid added to adjust pH to 2.8）-acetonitrile（21：79）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The method had no interference on negative reference,with the linear range for the content of strychnine was 9.48 ~ 94.83 μg·ml^-1, r= 0,9999. The average recovery was 99.1% （n=9） with RSD 1.85 %. CONCLUSION This method is high specifity, accuracy and convenience, may be applied for the determination of strychnine in Warltong Jingu Tablets.
