摘　　要：目的 探讨铜绿假单胞菌（PA）消毒剂磺胺耐药基因存在状况。方法 对临床分离的96株铜绿假单胞菌采用PCR检测消毒剂磺胺耐药基因（qacE△1-sulⅠ）。结果 96株PAqacE△1-sulⅠ阳性42株（阳性率43．8％）。结论 铜绿假单胞菌qacE△l-sulⅠ携带率很高。Objective To investigate the existence of antiseptic- and sulfamethoxazole-resistant gene in clinical isolates of Pseudomona aeruginosa （Pa）. Methods The antiseptic- and sulfamethoxazole-resistant gene （qacE△1-sulⅠ） was detected by F＇CR in 96 strains of Pa isolated from clinical patients. Results The positive rate of qacE△l-sul Ⅰ gene was 43.8% （42 strains） in the 96 isolates of Pa. Conclusion The percentage of Pa qacE△ 1-sul Ⅰ gene carrying rate is very high.
