艾滋病临床医护人员职业防护行为调查与分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨从事艾滋病工作医护人员的职业防护行为，降低艾滋病的职业性感染。方法 采用问卷调查法，对60例从事艾滋病工作的医护人员职业防护行为进行调查分析。结果 进行各项操作时，使用防护用具的情况，护士总分为（34．42±6．7）分，医生的总分为（35．56±0．82）分，护士在采集血标本或进行注射给药时工作年限≤5年，总分为（41．33±1．94）分，工作年限〉5年，总分为（39．35±5．24）分。结论 临床医护人员有一定的防护意识，但仍不够，医院管理部门应加强对医护人员职业防护的教育和培训，进一步落实措施，提供应有的职业防护用品，创造安全的医疗操作环境，保障职业安全。Aim To discuss the professional protective actions of the medical staffs who are involved with AIDS. And how can decrease the professional infection of AIDS. Method Using questionnaire, investigate and analyze about 60 cases of the professional protective action of the medical profession who are involved with AIDS. Result The total amount of nurses and doctors who use protective measures when doing any kind of operation is 34.42±6.7 and 35,56±0.82 respectively, The total amount is 41.33±1.94, when the fixed number of years nurses gather blood samples or inject drugs is not more than 5 years. The total amount is 39,35±5,24 when it is more than 5 years. Conclusion The clinical medical staffs has a definite protective consciousness, but it is not enough. Hospitals should do much more education and training in relation to professional protective practices. They should provide professional protective appliances where necessary and create a secure surrounding in which medical treatment.can be administered ensuring professional safety.
