摘  要:用三氯氧磷、双酚A与苯酚反应制得化合物双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯).采用单因素法分别对物料比、反应温度、催化剂进行讨论,确定了适宜的工艺条件:三氯氧磷、双酚A与苯酚的物质的量之比为3∶1∶4.05;第一步反应温度为50℃,反应时间为6 h;第二步反应温度为140℃,反应时间为8 h;以A lC l3为催化剂,用量为双酚A总质量的2%,产品收率达88.7%.通过FT-IR对化合物的结构进行了表征,产品质量达到国外同类产品指标.在塑料中对其阻燃性能做了测试,结果表明它是一种较好的阻燃剂.Bisphenol-A bis (diphenyl phosphate) was synthesized from phosphorus oxychloride bisphenol-A and phenol. The effects of process parameters, such as molar ratio, reaction temperature and catalyst on the yield were studied respectively, the suitable synthesis conditions were defined as follows : the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride, bisphenol-A and phenol: 3: 1: 4. 05. In the firs step, the reaction temperature was 50%, and the reaction time was 6 hours. In the second step, the reaction temperature was 140%, and the reaction time was 8 hours. A1C13 was the best catalyst, and its dosage was 2% of the amount of all bisphenol-A. The yield reached 88. 7%. The structure of the product was defined by FT-IR. The quality of the product can reach the indexes of the oversea product. The flame retardanee was tested in different plastic product, which showed that the bisphenol-A bis (diphenyl phosphate) was a good flame retardant.
