摘　　要：结合高校教学人员业绩考核的实际需要,利用物元理论,提出了基于教学人员业绩考核的关联函数,构建了可拓评价模型.该模型对德、能、勤、绩等4个物元进行分析研究,对其主要特征影响因子进行了量化处理,然后利用层次分析法,确定各物元特征的权系数,并根据需要确定了用于考核等级和贡献大小评价的可拓关系矩阵.该模型不仅可以作为年度评优依据,而且还可作为衡量考核对象贡献大小和能力优劣的标准.To combine the reality demand of checking the university staff＇s achievement, the paper puts forward the dependent functions for checking achievement, and constructs the extension evaluate model. To analyze matter-element in four aspects of morality, ability, work and achievement, to quantize the main characteristic affections, and then to define the weigh coefficient for each matter-element character by AHP, it defines the extension evaluate matrix for the reality demand including the achievement and contribution. The extension evaluate model is not only the foundation of checking excellent staff by the year, but also the judge criterion of staff＇s contribution and abilities.
