摘 要:目的对2个火力发电厂的职业病危害进行控制效果评价。方法对2个电厂的工程分析和现场测定结果进行比较、分析。结果电厂1粉尘超标的岗位是灰库放灰和压灰机司机室,检测值分别为5.5、1.1 mg/m3;噪声超标的地点是碎煤机室、真空泵、汽泵间,检测值分别为84.9、97.1、97.5 dB(A)。电厂2粉尘超标的岗位是推煤机司机室和灰库放灰处,检测值分别为4.2、1.6 mg/m3;噪声超标的地点是一次风机和送风机,检测值分别为101.8、98.1 dB(A)。结论2个新建火力发电厂采取的职业病危害防护措施是有效的。Objective To explore occupational risk factors in the thermal power plants and study the protective key points and protective measure effeots.Methods Two thermal power plants were chosen as study objects, and they were compared with their field determination results and engineering analysis. Results. Dust and noise were main risk factors .The operating posts in dust exceeding allowed limited values were ash storehouse where put the ash and press the ash machine cab in power plant number 1 . which the determination values were 5.5, 1. 1 mg/m^33 respectively . The sites in noise exceeding the allowed limited values were among the coal breaker room, the vacuum pump and the steam pump ,which the determination values were 84.9, 97.1,97.5 dB (A) respectively. In power plant number 2 ,the posts that dust exceeding allowed limited values were the coal pusher cab and the ash storehouse where put the ash ,which the determination values were 4.2, 1.6 mg/m^3 respectively; The sites in noise exceeding the allowed limited values were an air blower and the air feeder, which determination values were 101.8, 98.1 dB(A) respectively. Conclusion It is effective that the two newly built thermal power plants adopt occupational protective measures.
