东北菱对鼠肝癌H_(22)细胞凋亡及细胞周期进程的影响

摘　　要：目的研究东北菱对鼠肝癌H22细胞凋亡及周期的影响。方法用东北菱对鼠肝癌H22细胞进行体外实验,采用流式细胞仪测定细胞周期及凋亡。结果细胞周期阻滞在G1/G0期,S期细胞明显减少,凋亡率在43.11%,而阳性5-Fu组凋亡率为19.62%。结论东北菱能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。Objective To study the effect of northeast water chestnut on apoptosis and cycle of liver cancer H22 cells in mice, Methods Experiment of mice liver cancer H22 cells was carried out in vitro with northeast water chestnut , cell cycle and apoptosis were also tested with flow cytometers.Results Cells were arrested in G1/G0 phase, cells in S phase were obviously decreased that apoptosis rate was 43.11%, and apoptosis rate of group positive 5 - Fu was 19.62 %. Conclusion Northeast water chestnut can promote tumor cells to wither.
