摘 要:试验采用框栽,土壤为黑土,试验品种为东农47(DN47)和绥农10(SN10),分别对两个品种不同时期不同部位的GS酶活性进行了研究。在大豆植株的根、根瘤、茎、叶片、荚皮、籽粒中都检测到了GS的活性,根瘤、根、茎、叶的GS活性高低顺序是:根瘤>茎>根>叶;茎和根的GS活性呈单峰曲线,两个品种的峰值都出现在R2期;叶片的GS活性动态与茎、根的动态有些差异,绥农10呈单峰曲线,而峰值出现在R4期,东农47在V4,R1期活性接近,从R1期开始活性快速下降,R4,R5期活性接近。This work had been used frame tests (pot without bottom) with black soil and two cultivars, DN47(high-oil) and SN10(high-yield). Glutamine Synthetase (GS) in different positions and developments of two cultivars was studied, and respectively detected in root, nodule, stem, leaf, pod shell and seed; the GS activity in nodule, rootl stem and leaf followed the order: nodule〉stem〉root〉leaf; the GS activity changed with the growing stages showing only a peak at R2; trends of GS activity in leaf was different to those in stem and in root, in SN10 changed with the growing stages showing only a peak at R4, in DN47 at V4 was similar to R1, then decreased rapidly from R1, and at R4 was similar to R5.
