摘　　要：蚯蚓纤溶酶是近年发现的一种新型溶栓物质,该酶具有纤溶活性和溶栓活性,故其研究受到了极大的关注。文章概述了蚯蚓纤溶酶结构特点、药用价值、酶学活性、基因获取与表达、开发利用等方面近10年以来的研究进展。Earthworm fibrinolytic enzymes are novel thrombolytic agents found in earthworm during recent years. The enzyme have strong fibrinolytic activity and thrombolysis, so the research of it is given a lot of interest. Now this paper reviews, the progress of earthworm fibrinolytic enzymes about characteristic of configuration, the value of medicine using, the activity of enzymes, acquisition and impression of the gene, exploiture and making use of them in recent years.
