摘 要:采用数值计算方法,研究了包层为单轴各向异性电光晶体材料且其主轴沿光纤轴线的单包层光纤外加电场对光纤波导效率的影响.研究结果表明:外加电场对该种光纤中芯层和包层间的功率分布影响显著,在外加电场逐渐增大时,光能量逐渐集中到包层中,为设计新型电压传感器提供理论依据.Influence of electric field on the wave-guide efficiency of the fiber with cladding, which was made of uniaxial anisotropic and electro-optic crystal material with parallel optical axis to the axis of fiber, was investigated by means of numeric solution. The calculation result indicated that the electric field had a strong impact on the power distribution of this kind of fiber, and with its gradually increasing, the optical energy was gradually concentrated into the cladding. The investigation provided an important basis for designing new voltage sensors.
