摘　　要：Although precise mechanisms of acupuncture analgesia has not be elucidated completely,it has been demonstrated experimentally to decrease the requirement of volatile anesthetic and opioid perioperately.Acupuncture analgesia and related technique have been used in preoperative sedation,postoperative analgesia,prevention and cure of nausea and vomitting.This article is to summarize the mechanism of action,the related technique and the clinical application of acupuncture analgesia.Although precise mechanisms of acupuncture analgesia has not be elucidated completely, it has been demonstrated experimentally to decrease the requirement of volatile anesthetic and opioid perioperately.
