摘　　要：Management of pathological pain is a major clinical challenge.The identification of the neurobiological mechanisms for neuropathic pain and offering the possibility of better diagnostic sensitivity and a more rational basis for therapy are always the challenging subject on the leading edge of modern medicine.There are several different intercellular signal transduction pathways being involved in the establishment and the maintenance of pathological pain converge into mitogen-activated protein kinases pathway.MAPK family plays a pivotal role in central sensitization.Therefore,further employ MAPK family could offer not only the possibility of investigating pathological pain deeply,but also to provide a new therapeutic potential for pathological pain.Management of pathological pain is a major clinical challenge.
