摘 要:根据地质样品中钴、镍硫酸盐、镍黄铁矿、橄榄石、磁铁矿、菱铁矿5种相态不同的化学性质,选择了浸取剂,确定了最佳浸取条件,获取了各相态稳定的浸取率常数,并将遗传算法与钴、镍的化学物相分析相结合,建立了地质样品中钴、镍的五种相态同时测定的方法。方法简便、快速。其钴、镍的RSD(%)分别为:硫酸盐1.2、0.5,镍黄铁矿3.0、0.7,橄榄石1.0、0.25,磁铁矿2.9、2.4,菱铁矿5.5、2.4。平均相对误差小于5%。The best extractive conditions of five phases ( sulfate, nickel pyrites, olivine, magnetite, siderite of Co and Ni) were established according to the different chemical properties of Co and Ni's each phase in geological samples. The steady extractive ratio constants of each phase were obtained. Meanwhile, Genetic Algorithms (GA) was applied to chemistry phase analysis of Co and Ni. The five phases were simultaneously determined. The RSD ( % ) of Co and Ni as follows : sulfate was 1.2 and 0.5. Nickel pyrite was 3.0 and 0.7. Olivine was 1.0 and 0.25. Magnetite was 2.9 and 2.4. Siderite was 5.5 and 2.4. The average relative error (ARE) is less than 5%. It proves that phase analysis method of cobalt and nickel in geological example is simple, quick, accurate and practical.
