摘 要:通过碱性水解的方式,以废弃腈纶来制备有机阴离子高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酸钠。利用正交设计,讨论了反应时间、温度、碱浓度、投料比等因素对水解反应的影响,获得了优化的水解反应条件,并在最优化的条件下制得聚丙烯酸钠。以制得的聚丙烯酸钠作絮凝剂对染织、制革废水进行絮凝效果研究,结果表明:处理后两种废水的透光率均达到了97%以上。Organic anionic polymer flocculent polyacrylate sodium was prepared based on the alkaline hydrolysis of waste acarylic fibres. The effects of reaction time, temperature, alkalic degree and the feed ratio on the hydrolysis reaction were investigated by means of the orthogonal design method. And the optimum operating conditions were got. Polyacrylate sodium was prepared under the optimum conditions. The results indicated that both of transmittancies of the wastewater treated were above 97 % when polyacrylate sodium was used in treating practical dye-weaving and tannery wastewater.
