摘 要:利用猪胰脂肪酶作为催化剂,通过开环聚合的方法合成了不同组成的碳酸酯共聚物聚(5-苄氧基-三亚甲基碳酸酯-co-三亚甲基碳酸酯),并对其结构进行了表征.研究了不同反应条件诸如反应时间、投料比、酶浓度等条件对共聚反应的影响,以达到有效调控聚合物的组成和分子最的目的.制备的聚合物数均分子量在3000~18000范围内分布.单体的投料比与其聚物的组成在摩尔投料比1:0.5~1:10的区间内呈现出比较好的对应关系.在被测的酶浓度范围内,产率基本一致的前提下,随着酶浓度的降低,聚合物的分子蕈旱现升高的趋势.在反应后期,随着时间的延长,共聚物的分子量没有明尼的变化,产率逐渐提高.In order to obtain polycarbonates with adjustable degradation rates, the copolymer of trimethylene carbonate and 5-benzyloxy-trimethylene carbonate have been synthesized using lipase porcine pancreas as catalyst. The factors affecting the yield and molecular weights such as catalyst concentration, polymerization time and monomer feed ratio were investigated. Number-averaged Molecular weight of 3 000- 18 000 of the resulting copolymer was obtained. The resulting copolymer composition exhibited good relation with the molar feed ratio of BTMC to TMC ranged from 1 :0.5 to 1: 10. When decreasing the enzyme concentration, the molecular weight of the eopolymer increases with quantitative conversion under determined condition. Along with the reaction time, the Mn is nearly unvaried whereas the yield increases during the posterior reaction stage.
